What is a Pilates Private Session?

Pilates private sessions are not just private workout classes. They are personalized movement sessions focused on exactly what YOUR body needs. We start with a postural analysis which gives me an in-depth look at how you tend to hold yourself in space. I then use that to create a unique session that will target the areas of your body needing support, and give you a more balanced musculature. We work on exercises that strengthen the spine, we learn the best way to utilize your core strength in your workouts and in life, and we focus on improving the way you move through mindful movement. Pilates private sessions will enhance your mind-body connection by teaching you to think about your body in a whole new way, one where it is never about the number of reps, but about the quality of the movement.
