Halifax Classes
Classes with Ryann are based around breath, the spine, and functional movement. We focus on lengthening and strengthening the natural curves of the spine to allow for an easier and more pain-free life. We move to music to allow the beats to enhance the flow of your breath, and for you to feel the rhythm of movement more deeply through your body. There is a heavy focus on the core - from the pelvic floor up through the rib cage, and all the way to the shoulder girdle. The classes are upbeat and fun, but also give you a detailed look at how you can improve the way you move!
